Invitation letters for visa purposes
If you requested an invitation letter for visa purposes for yourself and/or your guest(s), you will receive a PDF copy of the letter by email. If you have not received the letter, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The letter states the graduate's name ONLY and will state the number of guests requested.
The letter is addressed to 'Whom It May Concern’. It will provide the graduate's name but will not state the name(s) of any guest(s) attending.
Visa invitation letters are only issued to those graduates and guests who require a visa to enter the UK.
If you require one or more printed copies of the invitation letter for visa purposes, please contact the Graduation Team after you have received the PDF copy providing your full name, your 13 digit University Student Number (USN), the name of the collaborative centre you studied with and a postal address for the letter(s) to be sent to.
