German Alumni Symposium in Deidesheim, 14th & 15th May
The 2022 German Alumni Symposium will take place at the Steigenberger Hotel in Deidesheim/Rhine, Am Paradiesgarten 1, on May 14th and 15th 2022.
The agenda for this weekend is as follows:
Saturday 14th May
09:00 Get together
09:15 Welcome and introduction by Helmuth Stahl, President of the German Branch
09:30 "Lateral Leadership” - Presentation with discussion by Dr. Martina Nieswandt (MBA)
11:00 “Democracy and its Enemies” - Presentation with discussion by Prof. Ines Geipel
12:30 Snack and Coffee Break
13:30 “Brexit and its Consequences” - Presentation with discussion by Dr. Jörg-Klaus Baumgart (MBA)
15:00 General Meeting with renewed election of board members
18:00 Villa im Paradies, Weinstraße 80 (Sektgut MOTZENBACH GmbH)
Wine tasting followed by special local dining
Sunday 15th May
10:00 Visting of the “Hammbacher Schloss” - unique place in German history.
All University of Wales Alumni are welcome to join.
