Blackstone's EU Treaties and Legislation 2011-2012, edited by Professor Nigel Foster
Blackstone's EU Treaties and Legislation 2011-2012, edited by Professor Nigel Foster of the University of Wales and now in its 22nd edition, is a new study guide for undergraduate students of law.
The book - Professor Foster’s third since assuming his role with the University – offers an unparalleled coverage of EU law containing all the up-to-date legislation relevant to undergraduate law degrees . Also included in the text are unannotated primary and secondary legislation, which will enable students to use the book as source material in examinations.
Supporting this text is an Online Resource Centre which provides updates, web links, additional legislation, an interactive map of Europe containing key data for member states, and an interactive timeline tracing key events in the EU's history.
Professor Foster is Dean of Business and Law at the University of Wales and Visiting Professor of European Law, Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken, Germany.
He was previously Jean Monnet Professor of European Law and Deputy Vice Chancellor, University of Buckingham. His OUP publications include Foster on EU Law; EU Law Directions; Q&A on EU Law; and German Legal System and Laws.
Blackstone's EU Treaties (22nd edition) is the 51st title published in Professor Foster’s name.
