Planetarium in Hamburg
The 2018 annual symposium of the Alumni Association’s German Branch will take place from the 9th - 10th of June at the historical Hotel Reichshof in the centre of Hamburg.
The agenda for the weekend will be as follows:

09:45 Welcome and introduction by Dr. Martina Nieswandt, President of the German Branch
10:00 "Persönliche Freiheit in einer vernetzten Gesellschaft - Big brother mitten unter uns" - Paper by Diplom-Ökonom Manfred Speck, longtime Head of Information Security and Privacy of Nestle Germany.
11:00 "Drittmittel im Spannungsfeld zwischen Notwendigkeit und Strafbarkeitsrisiko - Was ist schon Bestechung?“ - Paper by Rechtsassessor Wieland Kessler, University Würzburg and Fulda.
12:00 Lunch
13:30 Annual Meeting of Alumni Members (with separate agenda)
15:00 Coffee break
15:30 "Qualität in der Chirurgie - eine aktuelle Debatte“ - Paper by PD Dr. med. habil. Wolfram Keßler, MBA, Facharzt für Chirurgie

11:00 Visit of the “Planetarium in Hamburg", which is one of the oldest planetarium in the world, and has recently been upgraded to be one of the most modern and sophisticated planetarium in the world.
