Section members at last years Eisteddfod
The Classics Section of the University of Wales Alumni Association will be holding their next meeting at the 2012 National Eisteddfod in the Vale of Glamorgan
On Monday the 6th August at midday, the Section will meet in the Societies Pavilion 1 for a lecture by Dr Huw S. Thomas, Cardiff. He will talk on the subject: Greek, Latin and Welsh - Living languages? Dead languages?
Last year the Classics section celebrated its Diamond Jubilee at the National Eisteddfod in Wrexham, and the event this year is expected to be just as entertaining and informative.
This is a public meeting and a warm welcome is extended to all.
