Diploma Supplements

Dear colleague

Please note that the Diploma Supplement webpage has been revised to include new Diploma Supplement templates for each award type, including Foundation Certificates/Diplomas, Certificates and Diplomas of Higher Education, Initial Degrees (Honours and Ordinary), Postgraduate Certificates and Diplomas and Master’s. 

Each template includes the correct grading table for each award.  Click on the individual link to download the specific template.  

There are also revised guidance notes for the preparation of UoW transcripts and diploma supplements, a timeframe for submitting and receiving the transcripts and diploma supplements, as well as the Europe Unit’s Guide to the Diploma Supplement:
