Technical problems 

If you are experiencing technical problems with the Online Library subcription resources, please refer to the Using the Online Library| pages.

Please note that most technical problems with NetLibrary ebooks can be resolved by using Firefox 3 or higher. More information about technical requirements can be found on the Using the Online Library pages. 

When contacting the Online Library Librarian| or Global Campus Support|, please send full details of the error message you are receiving. Please also include details of which browser (and which version of the browser) you are using.

The Online Library launched in 2004, provides a dedicated virtual library service for students and staff at Collaborative Centres. All users must adhere to the  conditions of copyright of the online library.|
