Westlaw UK - New Journals

Posted on 11 June 2010

Three more full-text journals have been added to Westlaw UK|. The titles are:

  • Global Competition Litigation Review (2008-present): a relatively new publication dealing exclusively with private competition litigation issues. It offers expert discussion of the substantive and procedural law framework of private anti-trust action throughout Europe and other international jurisdictions.
  • UCL Jurisprudence Review (1994-present): This journal was established as an annual forum for the publication of the best writing in legal theory produced by UCL students. The wide range of subjects and theoretical approaches reflect the broad conception of legal theory.
  • Arbitration (coverage will initially commence in 2000 but, throughout 2010, will extend to the first issue from 1915): published quarterly, the journal updates readers from all over the world on the latest developments in both arbitration and related forms of alternative dispute resolution practice.

Also, the archive of the Journal of Financial Crime| has been extended. Coverage now begins in 1993.

To access these journals, you will need to log in to the Online Library. Click on the links above or go to Westlaw UK under the databases tab of the Law subject page. Alternatively, you can search for the individual titles through the AtoZ List of eJournals in the Online Library|.
