Westlaw UK - New Journals

Five more full-text journals have been added to Westlaw UK|. The titles are:

  • International Business Law Journal (1995-present): written by practitioners from across the world, the journal draws together the opinion of experts showing how company, contract, investment, taxation and financial law, as well as arbitral decisions, impact on international business.
  • Res Publica: a Journal of Legal, Moral and Social Philosophy (1997-present): an interdisciplinary publication concerned with the philosophical analysis of moral, political, social and legal issues. It provides a forum for discussion of theoretical issues; a public arena for voicing matters of practical concern and a vehicle for the interconnected questions of morality, politics, law and society and the relation of theory to practice.
  • The WIPO Journal: Analysis and Debate of Intellectual Property Issues (December 2009-present): this journal presents a new forum for debating the key issues affecting intellectual property throughout the world. It offers an unbiased examination of how the issues affect practice from an interdisciplinary perspective.
  • Law and Philosophy (1997-present): Law and Philosophy serves as a forum for the publication of work in law and philosophy that is of common interest to individuals in the disciplines of jurisprudence and legal philosophy. The journal publishes articles that use all approaches in both fields. In addition, it publishes work in any of the major legal traditions, including common law, civil law, and the socialist tradition.
  • The European Journal of Law and Economics (1997-present): the journal provides readers with high quality and empirical research in law and economics. It publishes analytical studies on the impact of legal interventions into economic processes by legislators, courts and regulatory agencies.
