Validation Unit Contacts

The Validation Officer in attendance at your validation event is likely to become your main contact at the University of Wales and you should direct general enquiries to them.

Your Validation Officer will also attend Examining Boards| and Joint Boards of Studies| at your collaborative centre.

You will be allocated an Institution Officer who will assist with student registration, processing dissertations and students’ results, issuing Diploma Supplements, transcripts and certificates.   

Following confirmation of validation, you will be asked to inform us of teaching and administrative staff who will wish to use secure areas of the University's website. Such staff will want to use the University’s online library, access scheme and student details held by the University and to upload documents or files securely. The Staff Transfer Instructions| explain how this should be done.
