Login from Welcome Email

• Follow link that is shown in the Welcome Email which brings you to the following page
  

• Enter the Username and temporary password that was provided, this will then bring up  a new screen asking for the password to be changed.
• On the new screen after the password has been changed there will be an option to have a GoogleApps username, if you enter one it will give you access to various Google features 

• If you choose the option for 'Use Google email as Username' this will overwite your original username with an '@my.wales.ac.uk' username which will need to be used to successfully log in to the website.
• After choosing the submit button you will shortly receive a confirmation email giving you which username is being used and also your password
