Academic Statements

This service, available to former students of the University for a flat fee of £20, provides five copies of a statement confirmingone or more qualifications obtained from the University. It does not provide an academic transcript

Requests from former students of the University for academic transcripts, which provide a detailed breakdown of marks obtained, should be addressed to the Registry of the Institution where study was completed and not to the University of Wales Registry.

Application for an academic statement should be made in writing by the former student. An Academic Statement will not normally be provided to a third party as the information may be covered by the Data Protection Act 1998.
